I am a relative web novice and wanted to know if there was any link building software that I could use to help boost the ranking on some of my web sites? Any help would be appreciated.

Is GSA SER safe to use for your main website?? Or just your tier 2 and 3?

...As with ANY tool; it depends how you use it. If you mindlessly blast thousands of keyword-anchor links at your new site, then you'll get penalised. If you select quality sites with authority and drip links gradually with highly diverse anchors, then you can use it for your money site. Generally though, I'd use it at medium-high volume on 2nd and 3rd tiers.

Well,
Unfortunetly there is NO TOOL which is 100% safe.

Yes GSA and Senuke are good but maybe for tier 2.

For tier 1 everything what is spinned is waste of time . Unless you spin really good and this is also waste of time

look in the BST section in here, i think on forums like BHW everybody provides his best price

Tier 1 : GSA + SB
GSA for directories (need a perfect spin) and RSS submitions
SB to look for link oportunity on your niche (blogs, forums, etc.)

Tier 2: GSA +/or UD
Tier 3: Fiverr, UD, GSA & SB
