Best link building service to hammer 2.0 buffers

I'm currently signed up with Link Emperor, but it seems like this service might be a bit overkill, since all I want to do is hammer a 2.0 first tier with a load of backlinks. LE is really expensive and is probably more than what I need for this purpose, since they seem to be used more as a one stop shop for everything.

Why are you hell bent on nuking T1? Links are good, but if you think you can do ANYTHING to them and not get caught eventually you're wrong. I was considering a light GSA blast to my T2 and decided against it even.

You're saying automated link building to T1 2.0 links would negatively affect money site? The T1 2.0 links in question are all Syndwire accounts.
