Whats the best way (in the UK) to gather a list of numbers to cold call?

You can scrape Yellow Page or Gmaps for instance. With luck, you can find a free (and working) bot in the download members section of BHW. I saw people selling YP scrappers for less than $100 (never tried it myself, so I can not recommend any).

I use SB since I am looking for a very specific footprint.
I got 50k+ contact pages with all needed information

I would suggest you use lead generation software to get leads from UK.

It can generate and manage leads.

Depends on your niche. For some niches (like finance or real estate) it's defficult to gather a list for cold calls
