keyword.com - As compared to other applications, Keyword provided very quick and accurate results. This tool is great for SEOs who need keywords, related words, and search volumes :)
 
Although I don't use it primarily to track keywords, Ahrefs does that for me. Might be a bit expensive to use solely for that purpose.
 
I use ranktracker.com. They had an AppSumo deal, which I was lucky enough to catch on :)
 
I use Ubersuggest - the lowest plan has 100 keywords for 3 projects and it only costs $12 a month or $120 for lifetime (the deal I snatched). It's pretty accurate (regularly compare it to SEMRush), updates daily and that's just one of the many features they have so I'm happy with it.

They also offer addons which lets you add 100 keywords for $5/m or something, it's neat if you don't want to upgrade the whole plan.
 
I have been using keyword.com for years, it's working great. Also, they update their interface and add new features regularly.
 
It depend if it's for your customers or yourself, for my own site I use ahref directly
