Best keyword tracking tool for google?

Using traffic travis and it only seems to count keywords that popup on the first page, for seeing which keywords rise after doing some seo this is useless as you need to know about those on the 2nd page down also.

Is there any other similar software that tracks keywords beyond the first page?

...it also doesn't seem to count all of the backlinks?

SEOmoz is $99/month for the starter and goes up to $2,000/month?!?!?!, thats a joke imo.
