I tried a few trackers and I never get the same results..

Results for one keyword: USA Google

moz: position 7
sem: position 19
ranktracker: position 42


So..what is the best keyword / rank tracker ?

I think you will still get different results from different tracker, this is not caused by tracker but by Google, especially for less authoritative websites.

I think that depends on many factors, form where is the origin of the search (what proxy) and the timing. If the website is going to rank soon, Google still move it around the serp for a while.

I've only found link-assistant's ranktracker to give accurate results...

I found serpbook to my favorite mainly because its web based set and forget.

the location of the trackers are a factor too

Locations can be a huge factor, but if your keyword returns local results you can do "keyword IN somehwere, NY" for example and it will be the same everywhere
