Hi guys.

What is the best tool for finding out what keywords your site is scoring for? Not keywords that I specify, but the keywords it's actually ranking for

My site had a huge spike of traffic coming from Google today, but I need to know for what keywords. I'm using Jetpack for my stats and it doesn't give too much info.

Thanks for your help,

James :)

Check ahrefs, they added an option for that, and it's quite good.

Semrush is another one

Semrush has a 1 day trial.
Also ahrefs is good but it's expensive

I suggest some tools,
Google Keyword planner
Long Tail Pro

I still use the google keyword planner, or whatever it's actually called these days!!!!

semrush may help you install google webmaster into your site. you would get all info if the keyword reaches in top 10

Paid Services but worth SemRush, Ahrefs.
also you can try google websmaster tools intalled in your website for live top ten hits which is pretty cool .

okay sorry for that but I studied Long tail pro has that option so I Suggest,is there any errors in that too.
Google Keyword can't tell which keywords he's ranking for

I haven't used ltp in a while but from what I remember it doesn't have that option.
I may be wrong

Google Search Console will show you where your impressions & your clicks are coming from as well.

Thanks for all the great advice guys. Sorry I didn't reply earlier. I added my site to webmaster tools as an afterthought and my search engine traffic died within an hour. Could be a dance while Google re crawls, but not liking it. We shall see in a few days.
