Best keyword suggestion tool?

I've been away for about a year and am behind on times.
What's the best keyword suggestion tool? I want one that expands to several hundred keywords off a single keyword.
I mean one that will get related keywords, and not just keywords that include your original.
I think Keyword Sniper used to do this?
Is there anything out there that's good right now?

Are you kidding? Now there is a tool that in 1 click give all long tail keywords with 5000 exact monthly uvs and with no competitors.

the best tool in my opnion is the google keyword tool + google autocomple. some people really like a tool called Micro Niche Finder and also Market Samurai.
 
Thanks. Yeah I used market samurai, that worked well. My old version didn't work, gonna see if the new one does.
Google keyword tool was good, but don't want to have to go and expan each one on my own.

put your main keyword into SB and then hit the "Keyword" Function and start harvesting keywords that are based on the KW you just put into SB.
 
Google keyword tool is good cause you can vary your choices but not much keywords.. The keyworld tool in scrapebox, I find very useful because many words show up but some may be entirely useless. Give it a try haha

I really like google keyword tool myself. That's what I would recomend.
 
The only one I use is Google Keyword Tool, so I recommend it.
 
I also recommend Jack Duncan's Keyword Sniper.. recently upgraded to accomodate Big G's new algo...:)
 
I just purchased Market Samurai and so far it's a dismal performance and software!. Very buggy, and slow and does not work. Needles to say you don't want to read this after you fork out 149 usd:

Unfortunately Google have recently changed the format of their Keyword Tool and Market Samurai will need an update to continue to function correctly.

Our development team are working on that update now as a priority and we hope to have a fix tested and rolled out very soon!

I would say great tools are Google keywords tool, and scrape box, combine those two and if you do google adwords, the reports tell you a whole lot!
I'm trying to still find a software or service that will do the following:
Keywords / Monthly Search Volume -VS- Competing pages

do any of you know of anything out there that will provide this type of report????
