Google keyword tool is the best.

But if you want 100% accurate results... start an adwords campaign to monitor traffic for particular keywords before you SEO them.

I like good keywords v3 they are good and free
other paid services but average is 99 usd up to 300 usd per month so use all the tools you can for free.
