I know there a ton of em out there.. But which do you think is the best keyword planner which has geography based stats from the whole world or a particular country as well as is the most cost optimal and is the best overall according to you ?

Nothings beats Ahrefs + your brain, honestly. As long as you know what niche your in, you can simply reverse engineer existing sites ranking in the top 3 spots for your main keywords. The more you dig, the more you'll find profitable long tails and new keywords for new content topics.
