    I just discovered SEOquake, thanks to this thread. Is there a way to disable it though for normal browsing?

    update: i just saw the icon in the lower right :)

    I've used SEOQuake, but the densities it spits out do not match other sites and services. I've compared it to rapid searchmetrics and they've consistently given different numbers. I've also compared it to Link Assistant...and that was somewhere in between in terms of the densities it reported.

    I'm not really sure what tool is best for it. I'd love to know..

    SEOQuake for sure. Get the FF addon. Otherwise the Foxy SEO addon for FF has a keyword density tool that works pretty well also
