Use time periods and no. of operations with more variation in
And use set time periods,
and random sleep times not exact number sleep time

I agree to @biffer123. I would use more random sleep time since it will increase the randomness factor.

I dont think the real problem is the sleep time, but the consistance amount of actions combined.
For the day 1 of use its ok to people follow and like a lot of things, but as day goes by they wouldnt doing actions in a killing spree ratio.
My advice:
We should try to warm things in a different way
