While these tools are not bad, at least they're better than nothing when thinking about internal linking.
The best place to sort out internal linking in my opinion is at the content map/content planning phase. Topical connections and relationships will be accurate and more purposeful instead of reallying on all these plugins that don't yet offer absolute accuracy and sophistication.
I use link whisper, but not for automatically adding interlinks but to see which pages have no inter/external linking, i also like it because on each post will give you some recommended links to interlink
Overall is a good plugin and easy to use, i tried interlinks manager but didn't like it, link whisper is more user-friendly and direct.
