I have made money using only botstagram till now. But, from what I have heard xGram is the best.

xGram is the only bot our there that can do all of the functions you want multi-threaded with proxy support. I am yet to see anyone bring out a competing bot at this level!

if you're talking about picture uploading, you can do that with bluestacks, it's a bit tricky, but if you're the visual type, you can find tutorial vids on yt to explain the process in detail
or an easier solution would be gramblr

It is not compatible directly with Mac OS X. You have to run it using Parallels or another Windows virtual machine.

Correct ... I recommend a VPS no matter if you use windows or mac. Especially if you are going to set the schedulers to run 24/7
