Best Instagram Warmup Process?

Hey everyone,

What is the best instagram warmup process that works best for you?

I'm seeing many discrepancies online, where people say one thing that conflicts with another's advice. So I'm posting here, to ask someone with experience what your best warmup process is?

There are different advices because everyone has its own method depending in experience, account quality, account age, proxy type, Number of account per proxy, etc.
It’s all about trial and error.

For example on 3/7 years old account on mobile proxy i am testing theese settings:
30/50 f/u x day, increasing 35/d until reaching 750/d

That stuff always seems like superstition to me

I know really succesful guys who don't do this warming up stuff. It is like a rabbits foot no?

For me the best warmup is good proxys and good accounts.
Means I dont warm up my accounts, because of the quality my proxys and accounts have.
So I wouldnt concentrate on the warm up process, before you dont have very good proxy and account quality

Yes I wanted to pay him for the information, not like a merchant like
he tell me the source and I send $25 as grattitude/gift/present
