Best Instagram follow settings?

Hi guys,

I have just downloaded massplanner and have purchased some accounts and proxies.

Looking for a bit of advice on the following things.

- What is a safe about to follow/unfollow per day
- Can i follow/unfollow at the same time or do i need to do these separately?
- How many photos can i like per day
- If i had the same contact email address in my bio on multiple accounts would Instagram be able to link/block the accounts.

Regarding the last one: No, never heard of that.

start in the double digits right now. you must warm up for ages.....20-40 follows/likes per day, and scale up each day... As envisioned says do a search and you'll discover theres 1000 answers to this question. Look for the Risto MassPlanner or Risto FollowLiker training manual.. he has good settings in there.

Why use the same email? Don't risk it. Create 10 different gmails and have them all forward to your main gmail account.

honestly, I don't think IG will hit you hard for using the same email address. I know a guy (not personally tho) who owns around 10+ accounts and he's using the same email for contact on IG. Since a Mail is not clickable, I don't think that you'll run into problems, other than using the same link on every account...

Creating emails today might also be some kind of a hassle since most providers always ask for a phone number nowadays, so yeah.

I never read of anyone getting banned for using the same email as a contact address on multiple accounts, correct me if I'm wrong.

/edit: I mean, if you wanted to get someone banned you could basically create 1000000 accounts with the same exact copied bio from an account, so that doesn't make much sense.
