I have used both MP and followliker for a month. MP is good in terms of usage and navigation, user guides and videos were available. Now it's private and costly around $20 for 20 accounts which was $20 for unlimited accounts when it was public.
Followliker is also good. I found it lightweight compared to MP, in terms of cost also.

Instabot.py on github is good, and free. You can run 24h 7/7 multiple acounts in pythonanywhere website !

So far I have been using it to follow 30 accounts daily, and like 50 photos. So far so good, no problems whatsoever. Got 104 followers in a week.

Check NovaAutomation too. It's relatively new, but has all the necessary features for all Instagram marketers.

Tried Gramdominator, didn't work. Documentation is scarce so no help there. Opened a ticket and after 2 days, they offered to "resolve my issue" after 34-36 business hours. This would put me right on or just outside of the "7-day refund" policy so I proceeded to complaing and ask for a refund. Then they immediately respond said they can't duplicate the issue and that I should contact support. At this point, they ignored my refund request. I asked for another refund request and they ignored that again, asking me to contact them on Skype for support. I then had to file a dispute with Paypal. I wouldn't recommend their awful service to anyone.

Pretty wierd for me to see this, when I used them (stopped a week ago) their support usually fast, few times it took them a hour or maybe few, every problem I had they connect to my PC using teamviewer, anyway my bro had the same issue as yours and after contacting support they extended the refund window by two days.
If they don't answer on Skype enter the chat on website and ask them to answer skype
Try to contact Indianbill if that won't help
The program sometimes bugged but I've really felt they care about their customers

Here's the problem I have: If I ask for a refund, and it's within their 7 day refund policy date, don't dance around and ignore my request. Give me the damn refund because that's what I'm entitled to. See the attached screenshots for reference.
