What do you even mean by mouse pattern? The way you move your mouse across the screen?
Nobody would store that information, it's useless and would take a lot of processing power to match it to some distinguished pattern.

one side of people constantly agree networks track mouse/finger movements on screen, others say it's bullshit. I am using private acc creator bots for various sites and found out that good proxies, unique pictures/acc data are most important in account creation process

Actually tools as such are already being use now to determine your viewers/visitors activities, it is use to improve conversion rates and improve productivity of the sites.

Though i don't have really evidence to provide other than this. I just base it aswell with my experience.
And yeah of course, good proxies, warming up the accounts and no links do play big factor for accounts.

The problem is that Instagram isn't an e-commerce site. These kind of tools are usefull for UX/UI designers, but they don't use such data live, the data is stored for future analysis. Using these tools for any security-ish activities is madness.
It is expensive if you want to get a real account creator. Instagram webpage and applications have a couple of interesting algorithms that verify if you are a human. The safest bet is to create accounts manually using different proxies, spoofing GUID, Google Ad ID and other crap.
