there are a few sellers here on bhw, don't know about the best but it's not really rocket science, 95% of all books have the same information that you can find here if you read the IG and journeys section. It's not like they can invent something that no one else is doing, you'll need high quality posts, good hashtag research, set up follow/unfollow and like and keep it up.
