I’d recommend trying IndexMe or Rapid Indexer — they provide clearer indexing reports.

Omega indexer company i guess is based in Bulgaria not really SURPRISED that they're not willing to refund , FUCKERS!

Have you tried alternatives ? One hour indexing or Instant Link Indexer, speed links or any other indexer.
 
Did you test indexinject? I teste in september and works good, still working?
