So I usually see this question in the forum here again and again people asking about which one is working.

So here I am to answer all your questions.

I have tested 10+ indexers in the last 45 days (both free & paid).

And what works the best for me is speed-links.

It usually indexed my 60-70% of the links which was higher than any other tool I used.

do you think a page will rank much faster/is it safe, for local niche sites The backlinks are mostly aggregators, socials, blogs. The amout of backlinks is +-50.

Do you index first tier links too?
 
Some links not being indexed, do they after resubmitting?

Is it ok to submit same profile link or web 2.0 to multiple times to different index services until it gets index?

You can but why you want to do this if you're already getting the best indexer with maximum success rate?
 
Can i know the content you are using to get this rate?
Spun? if yes, how many times you use spin/use the same article?
