Best incentive offers network?

Hi all,

Id like to know the best networks with alot of incentive offers avaliable. And that pays of course =)

I joined CPAWAY and there are alot of offers, but I THINK they are shaving alot, i still trying though.. ;o and do they pay? i hope so.

I DONT WANT TO KNOW content locking gateways like *******, BlamAds, LeadBolt etc.
