1.Vector magic is best vector illustration software includes a live trace tool that can quickly and accurately convert images and scan a image.
2.Able vector is an application (just for AUTOCAD users) and service (for everybody) that can be used to vectorise digital images, to vectorgraph (such as Macromedia Freehand, Adobe Illustrator or AutoCAD, CorelDraw, IronCAD, TigerCAD, etc.) in line style....

These two are powerful tools for vectorizing an image..
 
I have been looking for the image vectorizing software too, thanks!
 
As far as I can find, Super Vectorizer is the best. Most importantly, it is much faster than vectormagic.
