Best Image to AI Motion Animation?

Hello,

New to this AI image generations & animation. Currently generating images based on the script using leonardo.ai that much accurate but somehow managing.

Converting them motion is bit difficult not getting proper movements.

Looking for atleast eye blink & mouth talk animation generation based on images.

Any best low cost recommended sites?
