Title says it all really. I've got a few going at the minute but wanted to know your opinions on what you think is best?

Personally, I like niches that are centered around a specific product. So sneakers, watches, lingerie, make up, things like that. It's easy to find content and easy to monetize. What more could you want?

There is no "Best Niche" you have to provide entertaining material for your viewers. Choose something you are passionate about and go from there. Follow other people in the same niche and build your account that way.
