A stupid video that barely describes your niche can pop up on rankings, and die soon if no good view retention.

Post at all hours and track changes. You also need to make sure many other things are equal so you can receive the realistic outcome.

Honestly, I don't think it will have an impact in the long term. It can definitely help to receive more immediate views right after publishing it, but whenever you publish it, if we are talking about a high quality content, it will eventually get traction and receive more attention after a while

Depends on the country, but generally around 2pm to 6 pm is the best time to post since most people will have a break from the work or will have finished working and will be online on YouTube.

depends in your niche and your audience, some how testing or asking asking in your videos what is the best time for you to watch the video nad check the comments, in case you are oding organically or just upload a second video and check which one do better in different times,.
