Next you have to consider that unlimited does not mean unlimited. For example unlimited databases means you can set up as many wp blogs you like, BUT there is an restriction on how many GB ALL the databases are allowed to use. Often it is only 1GB, which if you have some busy blogs is easily reached and then the send you a suspension warning and you have to do something.

Inodes basically are all files and folders that are created. Simple plans most of the time they have 100.000 inode limit, which is quickly reached when you get lots of comments are have lots of files. SO the questions which I would ask them: Inode limit and msql space limit.
