Best Hosting Service? Please Help!

My first ever website was just a freewebs that I upgraded to an actual domain. Needless to say, that failed.

I am not making a good profit just writing review articles to articlebase, but i want to take it to the next step, and buy a domain.

So my question is, what is the best hosting service to purchase? And where should I buy a domain?

I am kind of a noob, so I tried searching the forum for a complete website setup post. Couldn't find anything, but im sure its out there. If you could link me to a useful thread that would be great. Thanks!

I don't know if this truly is a good deal, it must be a pain in the neck to manage etc.
I have been with hosterbox for a while now and they are pretty good, fast support responses, fast servers, very reliable, very affordable until now I have been very happy with them. They give you a free template monster template with any plan so you can buy a plan for 1.49$ and they give you a 60$ template ( an awesome feature that I definitely liked )

Plus they have an amazing offer for there basic plan its 14.49$ and they give you a Free domain for 1 year plus, the free template and a bunch of other stuff.

I use Host Gator and Blue Host currently and both work really well for me. Those are probably the 2 most popular right now too.
