Arivex or panamashost. But if u want it for dmca ignoring or legal adult content you can go with linuxssdvps c*m . European offshore provider there i spend my bitcoins no issues so far. But their prices are bit high

yes is for that but linuxssdv... is a lot of expensive for my project. I've looked arvixe but don't ignore that. Other provider?

I don't know hosting provider that have server in panama, But I use asphostportal for all of mine and my client's important sites.
If you are looking for ASPNET hosting, they will be nice for you.
