Hetzner even has a WordPress image for their VPS. You can get a VPS, e.g. the CX21 for €6,37/month, then choose the "WordPress" image (instead of just an OS image such as "Ubuntu 22.04"). You supply the domain name beforehand and end up with a readily installed Wordpress instance where you can login and start adding content.
Disadvantage is, this VPS is just for that single WordPress instance then. You cannot easily add another site / domain as there is no web hosting control panel, just the backend of that particular WordPress installation.
