Best hosting for posting copyrighted Videos&content?

Hello I recently have a blog which was hosted on a free hosting.they banned my account as my CPA usage crossed 100%,ie it was getting more than 10000 visitors per day.
Now I tried hostgator and I am getting copyright violations from them.
I just want to know which is the best hosting provider which has no problems hosting copyrighted content and they should not give out my info to any one if they ask.
Now my site has disappeared from google before it was at no.5 for that search term of more than 50K searches per month

What copy right thing you want to host?

Do you use warez linking or store warez at host?

if you're clearer on what your hosting I can probably recommend something. Copyrighted videos are easier to get by than copyrighted files. And what is it that your sharing, movies are harder to share than tv shows, unless they're foreign in which case it's easier to do.

I usually don't butt in on other peoples threads, but I am wondering the same thing as the OP, specifically music videos, mostly all American, Top 20

No its not movies,tv shows,songs or anything and it is not a copyrighted video from the US,also it is an English video shows and in US it has a large database.But if you upload those videos in youtube,they will take it down within no time.My competitor is hosting in a netherlands hosting company.
I just want a good hosting service provider which i want to use specifically for this only where I dont need to pay any upfront 1year fees.
I want a monthly payment fees for this hosting.

Hello need some help ad thought from BHW members.
My cashcow is a video blog raking in upto 40$ per day.
So each day I am losing my money on the table as the free hosting service banned me.
Please help me with which is the best offshore hosting which can handle 24hour up and running hours where it wont give out my info to whosoever reporting for Copyright infringements.

Hi, I'm not really 100% sure about the best options (since I don't do copyright infringement myself). But I see you're losing money and no other answers, so have you looked into bulletproof hosting? Don't know what your budget is, but pandaservers has good rep and I use a bulletproof VPS myself.

There are other bulletproof hosting places as well - they don't care about videos, porn, etc. So you should be ok with them long-term.

My budget is maximum 6-7$per month and it should not give out my info to anyone for copyright infringement.Can you suggest something?

Spain has made file linking legal, find a host there:

"The judge declared that both non-commercial file-sharing link sites and non-profit use of P2P networks are legal in Spain."

dunno if ad revenue counts as non commercial, but the site in question that won this case was obviously using ad revenue

First of all, you are getting nowhere with this kind of budget. I am glad to offer you bulletproof hosting, but like everything it does cost. If you're making good money, you can afford it.

Let me state this clearly. By paying 6-7$ a month YOU CANNOT THINK THAT NO ONE GIVES YOUR INFO WHEN SUBPOANED. Ignore this fact and risk it, but it's common sense.

Go for offshore hosting... It would cost a little more but its great for nulled and copyrighted material..

Your site makes up to $40 a day, but you only want to spend $7 a month on hosting? Why can't you afford anything more? you will struggle to find anything good at that price.
