If I were you, i would not move the blog. Blogger doesn't give you full access and all you can do is some javascript redirect which means no link juice will move to your new site. Keep it as it is and invest the money in new sites.

I personally use Siteground from the last 2 years and never had any single issue since that. If you're going to move form blogger to wordpress. Then I wouldn't suggest you to do this. Run your blogger blog separately and start a new blog on the same niche at hosting. Put your efforts on both of the blogs. This way you'll have a chance to viral your income and have no risk of losing the serps as well.
