Best hosting for around $10 a month?

You can try shared web hosting such as hostmonster.com or bluehost.com.
VPS isn't for noob.

I am using a cheap hosting plan....
from hostso.. around 12 $ a month

sites go offline... quite often
servers are very slow...
they have various flag set which limits traffic
limits page view from a specific Ip address

which they say is for server security..

so if you are planning to host on a cheap or unknown server think twice...

Hostgator as said is no 1 host I wanted to buy baby plan for 5 white hat sites.
but the problem is IP address If I want different Ip address for different sites then it is not possible with hostgator.
I can buy different Ip address but that will be for all of my sites.
atleast 2 of my sites needs different IP address.

$10 is not a cheap solution for shared hosting. I advise stablehost which is very reliable, stable, powerful and having s superb support.

Is hostgater US based? Tryied some UK hosting service before, but difficult when need support.

I believe they are US based, but be warned that there support is going down hill after being sold to EIG. EIG tend to fucked everything they touch LOL

+1 for Stablehost! I used them for a year, they had a special promotion for blackfriday. Now that, that promotion ended I am on Hostlatte 75% off recurring promotion. So far nothing but good review for both companies if you can find the right coupons.

Try Hostgator, or the Wordpress Cloud version of Godaddy, it is loading fast my wordpress blog and it's less than $10 per month. Be sure to use the Cloud version of hosting.
