Best Hosting + Domain ?

The easy answer is of course NameCheap plus HostGator.

But you're going to want to diversify where you host and register your sites eventually.

For new users at Name Cheap, you can get a domain for $1.17 (including ICAAN fee) with a coupon. Just google for it.

I use Hostgator because the first month is only $1 with a coupon. Google that as well.

I would recommend using different services for domain and hosting.

My recommendations would be Namecheap and Hostwinds. Hostwinds is a small company but the service is absolutely amazing and they really care about their clients.

If Namecheap doesn't have any good coupons, you might consider GoDaddy as well.
 
I vote for namecheap and hostgator...

But if there are cheap GD coupon.. I will use it as well :)
 
I use hosterpk, its at a fraction of the top dogs in the US. It does the job well, combine photon and cloudflare for wordpress and you are set....the added inventory of stuff that comes free with the hosting is beyond anything any international vendor provides in my view. No SLA's though!
 
+1 for Namecheap Domain Registrar!
Servinio is good if looking for cheaper host. Hostgator is good. Godaddy is the worst!!
 
As some other posters already have, I recommend Hostgator as well, domains I have recently bought from Namecheap. I have always vouched for the support and customer service Hostgator offers. I have usually used the live chat feature, and they never fail to deliver nor do they keep me waiting. I have not had too many support needing issues with them, but when I have had, they have resolved them immediately.

Previously I was with GoDaddy, but would not recommend them due to unnecessary complex account control system. Also their support is not that efficient...

Disagree. While their support is good, they have an unusually high amount of downtime. I am switching from hostwinds to hostgator because of how much downtime hostwinds has. Nobody on here would even use hostwinds if BHW never used them (which they dont anymore).
 
You mentioned that you want the hosting for "game hacks etc" and I think I saw some comments on BHW mentioning that HostGator got a problem with warez, hacks, keygens etc.

Can anybody confirm or deny this?
 
u can get both hosting + domain on zippyhost.in at best price no need to choose two different websites.
