Best Hosting Affiliate Program?

join cj and search fatcow, godaddy, ipage etc

I've joined all of them, just wondering which is the best to promote...

Anyone have experience with 1&1? Their plan is only $10 for the first year at .99. I'm not sure what the payout is theyir pay structure is confusing

iPage pays $105, I believe. Essentially, they are buying leads from you. They are paying you to give them people to upsell. It's like an email submit affiliate program. They pay you a dollar or two when you refer someone to go to their page and put their email in. Then, they try to sell that person various things via email marketing. They pay you $X for the potential to make $XX or $XXX off of your leads.

For their affiliate program through CJ, here is the rundown:

They are more percentage based. For example, if you refer someone who signs up for one month of shared hosting, you get $2. I'm not sure if it is reoccurring, either.

The more I look at the iPage affiliate program the better it seems. 45 day payouts (from the date of order), $105 commissions, even on reduced rate sign ups.

Anyone know how long it takes for the affiliate paymen tto show up in cj balance?
