The best approach in my opinion is just promote several of them. Create a ranking or multiple reviews about Cloudways, Hostinger, Bluehost and so on. Check the BHW Marketplace, there is probably some hosting aff programs there too

For better earnings, WP Engine and SiteGround are top picks. They pay $100+ per sale and convert well. If you want easier sales with decent payout, Bluehost and HostGator work great too.
