Best Host To Ignore DMCA

Hey i have someone that needs to find hosting ASAP, for a music related website. They do not host any of the files, just link to them as many of the music sites do. He just needs a very fast and reliable host for a dedicated server that ignores DMCA complaints ( lot of false ones)

copy right law apply every where... may be you can find some countries that doesnt have stable government.. but there is no good internet there as well to host ur website ...

You can try China or Russian datacenter but still most of internet backbones are controlled by american companies...

and if even those offshore hosting reject to remove martial, the copy right owner can get a court order and send it to level3 , at&t, ... to stop transiting his data from those specific offshore data centers.
