I am looking for cheap, hosting provider for adult warez site.
I heard there are hosting provides which provide cheap hosting for 2-4 $ per month.
Can I have a name/s of that kind of a host?
Any help ?

I hate Arvixe, used it for some time but I simply hate it.
BigScoots.com is what I use and I LOVE them.

EDIT: They dont allow illegal stuff, but adult is fine.
 
I used hostwinds for adult previously. no problems at all. 6k videos - it doesnt matter because you are only embeding right, so you are not hosting the actual video file so requirements shouldn't be massive. Depending of course what traffic you have.
 
It seems to me you should look at plans from pirateshosting.net and provisionhost.com.
They are able to satisfy the needs of many IT users with a tight budget.
 
Since you are just planning to embed the codes for videos and not actually serving them then there's no need to consider high end hosting like a dedicated even the shared hosting platform would do for you. Just make sure your webhost do allow adult content.
 
You better go through the TOS of your preferred webhost and decide accordingly.
