I have a physical business with inventory and I decided to give e-commerce a shot, but for some reason payment processors classify my product as high-risk. I want to open a Wyoming LLC/UK LTD and I need to find a good processor that accepts high risk products. If the payment processor/bank locks my account, I'll incur high loses. Stripe isn't an option as my product is not allowed.
any thoughts on what I could use?

I think you can easily get on board.

Payment processors who accept "high risk" merchants are also daylight robbers just like Paypal.
Getting screwed and scammed by PayPal, people usually and quite obviously go to these "high risk" merchant payment processors, to get screwed and scammed in a BIGGER way. These "high risk" merchant payment processors will welcome you with wine & champagne and accept your "high risk" product or service for payment processing. At the time when some good chunky high amount is towards payout, then they will hold, freeze by giving some T&C violation and then steal the money. And they are licensed too and will then show you which T&C you violated and shaakaa laakaa BOOM BOOM !!! They will rob your money in broad daylight !!!
ONLY REALISTIC SOLUTION : Embrace crypto OR convert your business to free charity, thanks to Paypal & the so called "high risk" merchant payment processors.
