Create a hashtag with your brand name (or a mix of keyword + brand), and use it in all your posts. As your account grows, it becomes a popular hashtag due to consistent activity.

for a fresh account you won't go viral on hashtags with lots of posts. Try to find hashtags which posts do not have many likes so yours will show first.

More popular the hashtags better the results will be. So look for trending hash tags only

Use a hashtag that is popular and relevant and keep uploading posts on daily basis.
A new account with very little engagement won't rank for popular hashtags. Try to find less popular ones initially. Use a different set of hashtags on each post and see which one's performing well. But to rank higher for hashtags, you'll need engagement.
