Just use any scraper, and then insert a keyword for what your profile is about, and then scrape those hashtags. That is what many agencies do when it comes to using specific hashtags.

Honestly very few tools show truly accurate competition data most just give estimates. But for practical use, tools like Keywordtool.io, Ahrefs, Lowfruits, and Keywordchef are pretty reliable. If you combine their keyword difficulty metrics with real SERP checks, you’ll get a much clearer picture than relying on any single tool.
