Best growth method for an artist account

I am building an instagram account for a tattoo artist with good good content and a lot of high quality photo's in stock.

I've used story ads for about a month and this got the account 6K targeted followers with good engagement.

What would be the best method to take this to the next level? Any ideas?

Hello. Buying shoutouts maybe?
 
Never used shoutouts. They seem to be expensive with bad results/engagement. With ads I got targeted followers and good engagement for 1 cent per click.

Do you have good results with shoutouts?
 
shoutouts can be as useful as paid ads if it is done from the right account.
same way you need to find the right audience to target with ads you'll need to find the right account to shoutout your page.

Well in this case it has to be a tattoo page. What type of shoutout would work best? Stories?

You got 6 k followers in one month only by story adds? with good engagement? That seems quite a lot...there must be something you can share more with us :D
I would love to try it on my account.

Quite simple. Just run story ads. Only thing you need is good content.
 
Buying shout-outs is definitely the way to go. If you've gained 6k in one month with good engagement then you're doing great. You can also do story swaps with accounts in your niche with a similar follower count. Join a ton of related Facebook groups and share her art from the Instagram and funnel people that way.
 
Just curious how much are you spending per month on IG Story ads for the results you are getting? Also what does your AD targeting look like? Can we see an example of your Story AD?

I paid about 75 euros for the 6K followers :)

Just experiment with it man. The ad is just a photo of a tattoo. But it is high quality work so I guess that helps a lot. If your content isnt good people are not going to follow.

Sounds good! Do you have a call to action or anything? A swipe up back to the insta page? I’ve experimented with Story Ads before with high quality content just haven’t gotten that kind of result. What’s your audience size?

Holy shit, I experimented with my personal account in around January with ads, I think I wasted around $50 total, with 5-6 ads and the lowest amount of $ per day. I did not gain that much as you did hahaha!

But do you do the ads via facebook manager or ig app?? :)
 
You can use Pinterest for driving traffic to your IG account. I tried tattoo niche on Pinterest, it was amazing!

Yo I do run artist/tattoo stuff as well
target your audience, start from local
Make sure your contact has GPS etc data on it
