Best GPU for under 100 euros

Hello, my gpu recently died and that leaves me in a market for a new (or used) gpu for under 100 euros.
Im looking for a good gaming gpu.
my system config is:
CPU : intel Core2Quad Q8200 at 2.33GHz
Mobo: Asus P5G41T-MLX3
RAM: 4GB
PSU: Frontier ATX-550
Thee size of the card isnt important, i dont mind even if it takes up 2 slots, just want a nice good gpu so that i c an play games like Tera, DCUO and maybe even Crysis 3 on medium-high detail.

So please an recommendation would be appreciated.
Also i am from Serbia so Amazon and E-Bay are sadly out of the question.

Search if for your self.

Just remember get the highest bitrate as possible, 1GB is enough unless you are making billboard resolution graphics.

Ok so one question, i found MSI HD 5850 TwinFrozr II for about 90 euros, but i noticed that the card has AMD branding.
Is the GPU more optimized to work with AMD CPU's or there is no difference in performance with Intel and AMD CPU's?
 
oh sorry mate :) if you gonna play demanding games , core2quad is enough for THIS 2013 ONLY but on upcoming 2014 games expirience huge framerate loss , anyway there are no CPU package for 100 euros I think that stand the gaming of high graphic cards now adays.

playing high end games is as much about cpu as gpu
if u have a fast cpu but a slow gpu u will have a bottle neck.

yep true , but if you have fast GPU and slow CPU it will bottleneck as well ,

stupid me , I purchased GTX 650 OC and I have core2duo 2.66 GHz and 2 GB of ram .. my processor and ram is bottlenecking my system :( anyway , I'm planning for full upgrade this coming march 2014

even with a high end graphics card your games would suffer your cpu
is old - 5 yrs out of date. the 2 wont go together that well
if your on a budget get a Athlon X4 750K 3.8 GHz base and 4.1 GHz Turbo Core clock rates. 85$

8 gig ddr5 1600 - gtx 770 oc
that runs every game on high
 
well sadly i only have enough for one or the other, and seeing how my previous GPU died im in dire need of a new one.
Though i did run a DualCore CPU since recently xD so the core2quad is actually a novelty in my system now haha!
i know its an old cpu but what can i do.....itll still run games.
if i managed to run tera on medium with ok fps on dual core cpu and a gainward nvidia 9600gt 512mb then im sure this will be a far bigger step up then what i had.
as for the GPU ,i think im going to buy it, and then slowly save up for a new mobo and CPU, preferably AMD since they are known to be better at gaming :)

if your asking me i play at 1080p

also a 9800 + on a duel core
if the cpu is 5 yrs old what memory are u using? ddr 1 or 2.

cpu is 5 yrs old - mobo Asus P5G41T-MLX3 from 2010/2011
far as i can find..... with these specs and a 100$ gpu you wont
be able to run crysis 3 on medium or high not even on a 9800

unless u went to low rez and low everything crysis 3 demmands a top spec pc for high

my advice - do what i did, save your BHW pennies for about a year
and get something like this mid range

haf x full tower case
lg ips 23 inch 1080p monitor
gtx 770 oc
amd phenom 965 be quad core 4gz oc
8 gig ripjaw memory

1tb satta 3 hard drive
xfx 650 watt psu
gigabyte mobo win 7.

cost 1200 GBP

no my ram is ddr3
but yeah, crysis 3 is just like an idea, never played it before anywhere, though maybe ill try it out.
and even if id save up for 1 year, i would maybe be able to save up about 800 euros at max.
Serbian economy is kind of crappy....

But i do get what youre saying. Ill just run like DCUO or Tera on my pc, or something along those lines....im not so into crysis and other i guess demanding games. Not really such a serious gamer.
