I was wondering which one is the best for payouts.
Which one would get me the most money is what im basically trying to say.

It depends on your experience on how much $ you are already making per day. If you are new, you should start with the middle men, and after that, when you'll get more knowledge, move to CPA. Then it comes the part with your own CL. Step by step, don't jump like these guys, some succeed, some do fall.
