You can register into different bookies affiliate programs (sports betting or casino games). Also, you can promote betting statistic websites too (which offer paid services). I think bookies will pay you around ~20-40% per their profit (user loses $100, you will get around $20-$40.

Scam,
I just sent them money to create a mobile casino application, and they blocked me directly.
 
There are many use have to use many affiliate networks dont stick with one.
 
It really depends on the traffic you have, as some aff programs/networks may work with seo/aso only :)

And tbh it's all about the product itself, so first research most popular products in a given geo, for example brazil / mx / ca and then look for the products that are favoured by the players,
and then find the aff program of the product and skip the middle man,

If you are unsure and testing the waters – go find a big aff network and test it out,
