Best full page preloader for an advertisement?

I'm trying to create a full page ad with a new network I'm with. I want to do something like a preloader kind of like forbes, where an ad comes up full page right when you visit the site, then there is a "continue" to article link, especially the kind where you wait 4 seconds first etc. Anyone know a good plugin for this on wordpress?
