Ah, I had a similar issue when I uploaded a premium theme to one of the Freehostia sites I was managing.

In my case it was only that the huge file was the duplication of my old website, so everything from it

i'd say 1 and 1 is one of the best free hosting out there, you can check some others online.

My friend used freehostia, he said it was decent speed for a free host. To be honest I don't trust free hosts.
