Can use social monkee, but the free is very limited (1 URL/day)

Can also have someone on fiverr setup all your ping.fm accounts, if you choose to go that route.

Socialadr is another great service. The free side is a little limited but you can pay money of course and get more bookmarks per day!:ridinghor

Onlywire was good once, I'm not quite sure about its effect atm. Personally I'm doing pinging anymore as I just think it's not that effective any more.

get onlywire free account save all the bookmarks login and get onlywire wordpress plugin it will bookmark all the new post on the site and use social monkee to manually bookmark other linkes if your site is new dont use social monkee directly on your site,get 12 ppl to sign up using your referral your account gets upgraded.

Ping.fm is pretty good for a free alternative, but you oughta' upgrade to get the most of it (RSS feeds).
