Best free RDP for PayPal?

Hello, I sell PayPal accounts and want to know free or cheap windows VPS which I can use to deliver PayPal to my clients so that they use my paypal accounts easily on them.
For AWS They suspend account any time.
Any free or cheap VPS suggestions for PayPal purpose?

Why would you need VPS? Im buying accounts without it and its all fine

Just to give extra facility to my clients.
I sell US paypals and many of my clients are out of US.
So its a good idea to give accounts with RDP so that they can use it efficiently.
 
Check scaleway you can get VPS for 1.99 EUR /month there. Also, check hetzner VPS for 2.49 EUR /month.
I recommend you to use residential proxies along with VPS.
 
google cloud has free trials and you can create instances and then delete them after x period
 
Free RDP is already hard to come by and I wouldn't use a free RDP for my paypal anyway. Why not use private proxies instead of RDP?
 
Since your users only need the RDP for PayPal. Why not just get One Windows VPS only with administrator access + IPs based on amount of current clients and create different windows user for each client and assign them the IP :)

This will give you more control of your users and organization in my opinion.

Are you sure paypal wont detect your proxies ?. Can I maintain the same IP for months ? also I checked your website . Can I test by paying for 2 or 3 proxies and confirming the work . Lasty do you accept bitcoin ???

I am using my personal PP with a private proxy for over a year now without any problems.
