pay $10/ a month for Group buy Ahrefs, then you can use Ahrefs as a keyword research tool (base on competitors), that's the best method I think

I don't think there is one.

You can use the 7 day free version of Semrush or 7 day version of Ahrefs.

Last time I checked, kwfinder also gives you 5 keywords a day.

If the site already exists and has search presence, one of the best sources is their own GSC.
Instead of ranking for this keyword or that, look to increase their traffic based on their current search profile. Then just keep doing that recursively.
